Chicken was dry argued with me over an order that was made wrong. Poor place to eat Spend your money elsewhere
I typically enjoy KFC. Service is rarely ever great but the food is worth putting up with it…until this location.
Be ready to be rushed and asked 6 times in a 30sec window what you want to eat (with an attitude) even with no one behind you. You are in customer service-learn to give it without your home life attitude culture getting in the way. I now understand why I rarely see other cars(customers) eating here. Woman at the drive thru window named Jessica was very rude. Sad the kids had to witness such poor service with a bad attitude. Spoke to the manager about her behavior so hopefully appropriate changes will be made.
