This location is in serious need of renovation. The old out if service buffet table needs to go to provide nicer seating and good beverage station. The ladies room was filthy and had an off putting smell. There wasn't any paper towels so how to workers dry their hands? Toilet paper was setting on top of the dispenser. Have to assume most customers are Drive thru since all of the chairs were upside down on the tables. Good chicken sandwich.

Wife and I tried the chicken sandwich. Hands-down the best chicken sandwich we've ever had. Beats chic fil a across the board - big piece of chicken, moist and flavorful. Won't go to chic fil a again unless KFC decides to go cheap-o on their sandwich and screw it up. Right now its a winner.

I came in at 5:00 p.m. and it was like a ghost town. They had no chicken ready. As if they weren't expecting anybody to come for supper. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food.

Came spent 50 bucks then was told there was no chicken then proceeded to lie to me and tell me they closed at 9:30 and the chicken looked like it was ran over by a truck if you can help it go to the KFC in Salem this one is trash

We ordered 2 meals yesterday (September 26th) but our order was wrong. We then went to go get a replacement around 1:00 pm today (September 27th) the female manager on duty (unfortunately my boyfriend didn’t get her name) was very very sweet and took extra out of her day to fix our food to perfection. We only had to wait 15 minutes but our food was amazing and still piping hot when we got home. I hope she knows how much she’s appreciated!!🩷🩷

I got the 7.00 fill up box, large for 3.29 more which gives you larger drink and another side,was a lil over 10.00 then....so I got the 3 piece chix tenders, very small and alot of grissle.....I had to ask for my sauces again even after told what wanted when placed order at drive thru menu, my extra side of Mac and cheese was not in bag, even after I asked if was and she said yes....was wondering how both sides could fit in small box bc my mashed pots were in there too......also didn't get a large drink that was supposed to b upsize from pay extra 3.29.......overall had I not asked and checked everything, I would've gotten no extra side I paid for nor any sauces.....at that point I didn't even mention drink wasn't large,and the tenders were just not good.....like noone takes pride in job anymore at all, especially fast food

The employes on duty were having a very loud and heated discussion about a fellow employee and there was a lot of cussing from the girl that was on the register to the point where a customer came in to order and he had to repeatedly ask for assistance before anyone came. Will not be going back.

As some other reviewers noted, extremely rude and unhygienic men in the kitchen area and on top of that terrible burnt chicken... Would stay away from this KFC..
1st of all the cashier was the only thing that was DECENT about the place. The food was HORRIBLE. I got crispy chicken and it was fried so hard the meat wasn't chewable. I left my phone otherwise I'd have photos. 2nd there was a cook in the lobby with his pants sagging so low that I actually saw his leg/thigh below his black boxer briefs. Then on too the back of the store the other cook was also sagging. Then one of the cooks who had a beard was literally scratching the beard then turns and started cupping up someone's mashed potatoes. Then what appeared to be a manager (collar shirt) was dry humping the air to a song someone was playing on their phone in the kitchen. Then there was a girl in the back with glasses bragging about how she had done many things to get fired and never even got wrote up. Meanwhile she was constantly cussing and complaining about customers which weren't many in the store I assume she was working drive thru. I travel with my job and the hotel I stay at is right across the street so I was truly hoping this location held up to KFCs basic standards only to be totally disappointed. I'd rather an entire restaurant be closed than to go and experience such unprofessionalism. Then the cashier seemed to feel my vibe and just shook her head in the same disbelief I had kudos to her for not adding to the MESS by stating the obvious.
