The employes on duty were having a very loud and heated discussion about a fellow employee and there was a lot of cussing from the girl that was on the register to the point where a customer came in to order and he had to repeatedly ask for assistance before anyone came. Will not be going back.

As some other reviewers noted, extremely rude and unhygienic men in the kitchen area and on top of that terrible burnt chicken... Would stay away from this KFC..
1st of all the cashier was the only thing that was DECENT about the place. The food was HORRIBLE. I got crispy chicken and it was fried so hard the meat wasn't chewable. I left my phone otherwise I'd have photos. 2nd there was a cook in the lobby with his pants sagging so low that I actually saw his leg/thigh below his black boxer briefs. Then on too the back of the store the other cook was also sagging. Then one of the cooks who had a beard was literally scratching the beard then turns and started cupping up someone's mashed potatoes. Then what appeared to be a manager (collar shirt) was dry humping the air to a song someone was playing on their phone in the kitchen. Then there was a girl in the back with glasses bragging about how she had done many things to get fired and never even got wrote up. Meanwhile she was constantly cussing and complaining about customers which weren't many in the store I assume she was working drive thru. I travel with my job and the hotel I stay at is right across the street so I was truly hoping this location held up to KFCs basic standards only to be totally disappointed. I'd rather an entire restaurant be closed than to go and experience such unprofessionalism. Then the cashier seemed to feel my vibe and just shook her head in the same disbelief I had kudos to her for not adding to the MESS by stating the obvious.

Use to love their chicken, not so much now. Last two visits the chicken was burnt on the outside and partially raw on the inside. Another time chicken was dripping grease and instead of request for fries, was given mashed potatoes. Also one employer was standing outside where drive through is located, talking on cell phone, while smoking. No plans to visit this business again and would advise others to save their money and go elsewhere.

Let's face it- none of us are going to KFC for the ambiance. We're going for quick fried chicken and biscuits. This particular KFC, however, goes above and beyond. The staff is kind and jovial. We laughed with them while waiting for our order. Small things make a huge difference- a simple smile and eye contact can change your day. Dig it.

Absolutely terrible waited 30 mins for a simple 3 piece tenders fry and drink completely unacceptable. Will not be returning to waste another night. Should have gone to a sit down nice restaurant not this so called fast food chicken place.

They didn't listen to what I ordered so I didn't get what I truly wanted. I was confused because what I thought I ordered did not get wrong up correctly. The person at the window got a drink and left before I could ask leaving someone else to deal with her mistake. Very bad customer service and drive through service.

It's not great when you go to order a resturant staple at KFC..and they are out of it...it's also not great when you can see the employee bagging up the food you were able to manage to order...and they are chatting and laughing with another employee...looking at items on their cellphone...which I can almost guarantee had NOTHING to do with the food I paid for. So it makes me wonder...maybe if the employees were not allowed to play with the cellphones on company time...making customers wait for their food unnecessarily...maybe they would have time to ensure that all the food items that were on the menu where available for purchase at the time a customer orders instead of not doing any kind of job whatsoever...and God forbid the manager was the one on the cellphone distracting the drive through worker...what a joke.

I love ordering online and driving 20 minutes just to find out they're out of chicken because they close in an hour and don't have a cook. Then it takes days to get a refund. This is just the latest issue but there's always something wrong at this KFC and the staff are incredibly rude.
