This is normally my go to store, but today, despite my app showing my food was ready (albeit 50 min late), when I get up to the window, they do not have it. It was somehow missed. Then the person at the drive-through had an attitude because they were “ they were busy as the only Little Caesar’s in Roanoke, understaffed and had to call in the night crew…etc.”..
I get you are busy, but how do you lose an order that’s in the automated system?
We did online ordering and our order was completely wrong. We called several times and no one ever answered. We didn’t live close enough to return and we were highly upset with our order.
We revived $5 cheese pizza when we ordered their $10 pizza 😞. It worth the drive to go to a different one.
