I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? They are extremely rude. I came into pick up a to go order. It was just sitting on the table 2 drinks in a bag I asked for a cupholder. They looked at me as if it was a problem, but did give me a cupholder that was very flimsy when I got to my car, the cupholder, Bent in half and a smoothie spilled all in my car I went back in and asked him to remake the smoothie and the owner/manager whoever I don’t know said they would not remake it because it was not their fault regardless,...read full review
