Lucy Kat's Diner is a little place that feels like a true traditional SWVA Diner style breakfast & lunch place. This place is very clean, with good folks, good food, and affordable prices. The staff are friendly people with a happy go lucky attitude, welcoming customers with warm smiles. It is the type of place that makes you feel like family. The food is home cooked, not processed. The all meat omelet with mushrooms and onions had perfectly cooked eggs wrapped around an abundance of meat. The fried pork chop is a great recommendation for breakfast or as a sandwich with the pepper relish. The turkey & sauerkraut sandwich with a side of pickled beets and unsweet with a splash of lemonade was also enjoyed. There is a great variety of food, and everything has been wonderful. Bring your appetite.
