Night shift is the worst. I order a gallon of tea. I had to pull over and wait. The jug was dented and wet and 3/4 full. I have complain and complain to the day manager but the night shift could careless about how the serve the food. You can see it has not been opened.

I was just told my total of $3.18 I paid the girl and then a little smart mouthed boy tried to argue with me that I didn’t. This is the most pitifully staffed McDonald’s in Roanoke. It truly needs new managers and a trained staff. I will gladly discourage anyone from ever going to this location.
