I placed an order through DoorDash and bit into my double quarter pounder with cheese and found there was some kind of paper between the two burgers. I reported it to DoorDash and they could only refund me for the cost of the burger, they could not have it re-delivered. I had to reorder the burger and pay another delivery fee and tip. I tried calling the restaurant to report it and no one answered after calling several times.

Watch out for dishonest employeesWe came thru and ordered 2 large Macchiatos and medium milkshakeThe Macchiatos were smaller than the medium milkshake.My husband told the employee that we ordered large MacchiatosHe said they were the largest.I called and spoke to the manager and they said they hadn't changed the size.They are replacing the macchiatos.Overall the location is pretty good.We have ate there often and never had a problem until now.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in Roanoke. They gave me the wrong order, made my food sloppy, and it had a burnt bun lol. There ain’t no way….it wasn’t even busy I was the only one in the drive through .employees were nice at least. It’s literally wrong or nasty every time I go at night. I give up on going there ?

Remake order was still not right. Had ordered 2 big breakfasts and 2 sweet teas light ice.. I got 2 orders of just pancakes sausage and just bacon. Asked for extra ketchup, syrup and salt and pepper. Got non of those not even straws for my sweet teas. I had even told the gentleman “thank you sir” and his comment was “ you mean, ya” and just shook his head. So unimpressed and unprofessional. How many times can you make a mistake on one order..I have pictures for proof but there is no place to post the pictures.
