Don't usually go inside but had a little extra time this visit so I found a seat at a table and proceeded to enjoy my breakfast. Shortly, I noticed employees standing in the doorway greeting customers (some by name), offering refills on drinks, removing empty trays, etc. Nice new hospitality feature! Stop in at the Franklin Road store for a pleasant fast food dining experience!
Quick friendly service.
While the store is always clean and tidy, the service and food could use some work. Sometimes the food is extra greasy and the bottom bun is soggy or one time they made my double quarter pounder with cheese with lettuce and tomato and mayo which made it taste gross. Other than that, a pretty good McDonalds to eat at.
