Good chai and coffee. They were really fast and the drinks were not overly sweet. You can tell it is quality because they don't overwhelm the flavor with sweetness. The staff was friendly and professional. Worth a visit and way better than the big chain coffee shops. They also have a drive up window.
I recently took my each of my kids here 3 days in a row. Each child ordered the same seasonal drink and it was different every time. Quality control and consistency is mediocre at best. Service was slow and at least 2 of the 3 cups were sticky because of sloppy attention to detail. Additionally, the coffee I ordered for myself tasted anything but fresh - it had to have been several hours old. Mill Mountain Coffee is a far cry from the nice coffee house it was 20y ago. Their coffee is OK. Their roasts are better than Starbucks IMO. \n\nBut they need to implement a policy that baristas and cashiers (anyone who touches the coffee at should not wear perfume! It’s a policy w/ Starbucks for a reason. \n\nNothing worse that=n some cheap fragrance you can smell on the top to the coffee. Yuck.
