My favorite brunch spot in town. Best Eggs Benedict in Roanoke, hands down. Only complaint is the place is very small & cramped, so get there early to find a good table. Food is very delicious (breakfast, lunch, & dinner), and the desserts/pastries/breads are amazing. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Its still feels weird ordering without waiter/waitress, the staff is always friendly and bring the food to your table but the coffee, while having good variety, is in pump carafes and barely warm, removed from counter before I could get a refill. Oh well, the food is always tasty, pastries and bread are good, and I always come back. The all day breakfast should draw customers as well as the unusual menu offerings. Thank the cook for my savory breakfast at 1 pm.
Upon entering, it can be a little confusing if you've never been here before. Daily printed menus are available on a counter in front of a long pastry case at the entrance. The order register is at the end, where you place your order, pay and obtain a number. The option of a tip is also available at this time.
