Just Plain "NASTY".!! 🤢 Unsafe kinda.... Nasty.!!! I really wanted a Pizza. Ya know, sometimes you just get that Craving 😜.. I ordered a NY Style, light sauce, Chicken, Beef, Onion and Extra Mushrooms 😋. $15.50 ,,,I think 🤔 (5 toppings) I actually paid @$25.83, but, that was OK with my craving..
It looked 'Sad'..😔 The 2nd. bite was Ugly. Something was Sour tasting... Chicken would have Smelled Bad. Beef is usually harder to evaluate. Mushrooms are fungi and don't smell (much less look bad when cooked) I determined it was the Onion. I removed a long individual piece and tasted it. 😜🤢 Nasty,,,,Soured ,,,EWwww The entire Pizza will be Trashed...(less 2 bites) it's not even safe for the local Skunks, Racoons or Possums.😞 Beware and Be Safe... $ is best spent elsewhere.....

12/10. The delivery driver actually suprised me as my food was delivered earlier than anticipated lol! The food was piping hot and correct; and my delivery driver was top tier ! Great experience and I will order from them again!

No issues, they were busy. I was impressed how fast they got the food out the door. The prices are high, 1 LG vegetarian pizza and a medium pizza we with the works was approximately $40.00 for take out.

I just wanna give a shout out to papa John's on Jamison and the manager. I had a delivery order that was incorrect (which is the first time that's happened, by the way) the manager credited me with a new pizza, and all was good. Thank you guys, I order from you all the time and I know mistakes happen, I appreciate you making it right with no hassle

PLEASE STOP USING DOORDASH THEY SUCK!!! EVERY time DoorDash delivers our order from Papa John's, I have to call & have it remade & redelivered??♀️. Ridiculous...just STOP using DoorDash. My last order, the guy didn't even have the pizza box flat; he LITERALLY carried it as though it were burger & fries. So, of course, the ENTIRE PIZZA was slide & smooshed to one side. Then the DoorDash driver acted astonished that we told him to just take it back. The only good thing is that the managers are apologetic & accommodating when it comes to resolving the issue.

Absolutely disgusting found a bug just crawling in my pizza called the store a woman answered she didn’t do anything about it she put us on hold and then a man answered the phone and he was so rude didn’t believe us we even told them to give us a number one of there numbers where we could send the video to them and then hung up on us I cannot believe this has happened nobody will answer us and now we have to wait for an email back with a response about this when we should’ve been helped by the store managers this is ridiculous

Store got order wrong. Addressed this. Was told they could replace but we would have to come get it as they had no drivers (we had delivery pizza prior to this.) Lady hung up on me. Boyfriend called- she hung up on him too.He took incorrect pizza to store for replacement. The lady denied hanging up, and told us they needed the whole order. He came back and was took the rest of the order to the store,They gave us one with hardly any toppings, and one that was not cut at all.This lady was rude and that was petty. Also she lied because they did have a driver on duty. His car was there when we went to replace it.Do better.
