Honestly the last couple of times I've ordered from this location have been amazing!, fresh high quality ingredients even late night which might not necessarily be the case for a lot of local pizza places, I had my order taken by a man who said his name was Trey he was very kind and helpful and made this experience even better. 10/10 definitely recommend

Placed an order through the app for dinner, spent just about what I had available. It deducted from my account but papa johns didn't receive the order. I had to call online services, the manager informed me, But wasn't nothing, in store could do bc it wasntnplaced over thebphone or in store. I had called back once online services drop call or i did. Thebmanager on duty, I forgot her name already, but it was her willingness to trust and still make me dinner to pick up, that im about to enjoy thanks to her and papa of course. She is definitely a keeper. And im sure her love spread in store.

I called in a carryout. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up in 15 proceeded to wait another 15 and still did not get a pizza nor was addressed so I’ll gladly be taking my money somewhere where they appreciate it.

I ordered a delivery pizza and the order wasn't right. I called and the manager of the Jamison Ave Roanoke VA store said to call back and it would be free. I called. They said they would NOT deliver it because it was a quality control issue and a delivery fee. Not good customer service. Jamison Ave Roanoke VA

Just Plain "NASTY".!! 🤢 Unsafe kinda.... Nasty.!!! I really wanted a Pizza. Ya know, sometimes you just get that Craving 😜.. I ordered a NY Style, light sauce, Chicken, Beef, Onion and Extra Mushrooms 😋. $15.50 ,,,I think 🤔 (5 toppings) I actually paid @$25.83, but, that was OK with my craving..
It looked 'Sad'..😔 The 2nd. bite was Ugly. Something was Sour tasting... Chicken would have Smelled Bad. Beef is usually harder to evaluate. Mushrooms are fungi and don't smell (much less look bad when cooked) I determined it was the Onion. I removed a long individual piece and tasted it. 😜🤢 Nasty,,,,Soured ,,,EWwww The entire Pizza will be Trashed...(less 2 bites) it's not even safe for the local Skunks, Racoons or Possums.😞 Beware and Be Safe... $ is best spent elsewhere.....

12/10. The delivery driver actually suprised me as my food was delivered earlier than anticipated lol! The food was piping hot and correct; and my delivery driver was top tier ! Great experience and I will order from them again!
