Well, well, well I ordered a po' boy today and to my pleasant surprise I received the biggest sandwich I have eaten in a long while (a true po' boy)... The sandwich was packed with a well balanced flavor, though I had the vegetarian I wasn't missing out at all... Truly authentic New Orleans style PoBoys and they do not disappoint! One of the best sandwiches in Roanoke and definitely the only New Orleans style po boy around. If you haven't already had PB's you are missing out!
I had the soft shell crab special po’boy and oh my GOD - that thing SLAPPED. The bread is so perfectly crisp on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside. The remoulade is incredibly flavorful and the topping ratio is perfect. Soft shell crabs were fried beautifully.
