Came in for early lunch today, love that they open and are ready to serve at 10am! The place is beautiful inside with really neat swinging egg chairs to relax in. First thing I noticed was how immaculately clean it was, even the bathroom was very well kept. We ordered some pho and vermicelli noodles as well as some spring wraps. I was passing through Roanoke and had trouble finding a restaurant that was open and found this place. The food was wonderful and the staff very friendly. In the pho, the ingredients were very fresh and the broth was excellent. I also got a noodle dish which had a wonderful sweet lemongrass flavor.

Pho Saigon is one of my favorite Roanoke gems! The staff are exceptionally friendly. They are always playing peaceful instrumental music and have nice warm lighting. The spicy noodle soup is out of this world, and you can’t get a better Vietnamese iced coffee anywhere else. I love you Pho Saigon!
