To start I know it's my fault for placing an order to a location 35 minutes away however....I called this location 20 times all back to back to cancel the order so I could place it at the location 3 miles up the road from me. NO ONE would answer the phone. I called the customer service line which asked if I wanted to speak to a representative and then an automated recording came on and said to call the local store. well, I get to thw store and the guy behind the register said...read full review
Last week we ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and it took over 2 hours and 4 phone calls to get our food. The driver kept going to the wrong address and ended up taking the pizza back to the store. We called and the manager said that they would credit our account. Today, we ordered again wanting to use our credit and were told that it was not on our account and that we would have to pay. They said they could not do anything for us. We will never use pizza hut again.
Very poor customer service. Mess up my order and does nothing about it. Never again
