We have been using this Pizza Hut for delivery for 3 years and over the past few months the service has drastically dropped. Most orders are sent to Door Dash and there are frequently items missing. Usually I let it slide but this last time I was frustrated, especially after my delivery driver initially told me he wasn't going to stay for my order because PH was taking too long. Then he changed his mind and delivered, but not our whole order. I called PH, they said they would refund our missing items, they didn't. Then I did an online chat, they said I would be contacted within 3 days. Someone who claimed he was a manager called the next day, said it was policy not to refund the day of and he was refunding that item right then. A couple days pass and still no refund. I reached back out to headquarters, they said I'd hear back within 3 days and nothing. I imagine the shop is okay if you're picking up for yourself, but buyer beware if you're ordering delivery. This isn't the first time we've missed items, but the first we've complained and the way the leadership team handled it has insured we will not be back.

I came here and had the absolute best experience! Brenda G. helped me with my order and making sure I got everything correct. She made me feel very welcomed. She was extremely nice and most of all helpful! I will definitely be returning here!

Staff friendly, prompt, pizza was very good. You can't beat their thin crust pizza. Toppings were all fresh & pizza is always made the way you ordered it, plus you can't beat the flavor.

Had three ranch dressings on my order 1/19/2025 at this location. Paid for them more than a bottle of ranch would cost at the store. Didn't receive them. Got home realized it and called the store. They said they were refunding the ranch dressings and issuing a $5 credit. Never got a refund or credit. Used the online chat to ask again about it. They said I'd hear back in three days. Still haven't heard back. Don't care about the credit but I'm not happy to have paid for 3 items I didn't receive.
