It was everything you co.e to expect at a Popeyes. The staff that was on when we visited were very friendly.

Chicken was dry and not spicy at all and the mac n cheese was less than desirable. I never get fresh hot chicken.

The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—especially the spicy chicken sandwich and the Cajun fries. The service was quick even though it was really busy drive thru was super fast. Good management. Good food

The General Manager was very rude . Slammed the window in my face and refused to take my order after I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes!

The staff couldn't answer even basic questions because of language barrier. Had to wait for manager to take our order... but even he couldn't understand everything. They didn't have ketchup or didn't know what we wanted. Manager thought we wanted lemonade in our unsweet tea when we asked for lemon. Then, said they didn't have unsweet tea, even though it's on the menu. Buckets marked sanitizer filled with some type of liquid and rag sitting on counter next to drink station and other counters. Food was fairly good, although fries were cold and chicken tenders were hard.

Parking: Dangerous walking across parking lot because of cars whipping in and out of drive-thru.

Came in the drive thru for dinner ordered a 12 piece family meal with our 2 sides the girl on the intercom seemed like she hated her job and had no life in her voice. Got to the window and was informed it would be a 15 minute wait for a fresh batch of fried chicken we pulled into a spot and waited patiently. 30 minutes later the what I'm assuming was the manager appeared and asked if we got our food. We told her no and she said that the other girl in the restaurant gave our food away to another person. So we waited again, by this time we are hungry and the manager came out gave us a "fresh" batch of chicken and her apology was an extra mash potato and 1 apple pie for 3 people....... yeah not happy about this.

Friday is always a special family day for us, so I went there to pick up some good chicken at lunch time. Honestly, I’m not sure what’s going on at this place. The girl I’m assuming is the manager doesn't even seem to know how to speak English! I asked for something, and she tried to charge me for something else. I had to repeat myself so many times with patience, and then she started speaking in Spanish with a guy! It was frustrating. If you don’t know how to serve customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. On top of that, I had to wait way too long for the chicken. My whole mood was ruined after that experience. I tried calling the store, but no one picked up, so I’ll be contacting corporate.
