I am a gold status guest, so I love Qdoba. The last couple of times to this location has been terrible. First time I had to wait 5 minutes to have my burrito wrapped because the associate who made the wrap did not know how to roll it and the manager disappeared. 2 customers came in and left because the were not waited on because manager was listing. Second time I came when I got home the burrito had fallen about. No napkins available. Going to Salem going forward.
We've been here several times. While the staff is very friendly, it needs serious manager help. Staff seem to be everywhere and unsure of what to do or where they need to be. They need guidance and stations so there's not all the chaos. We've redeemed several rewards for free chips and churro chips and they don't seem to make it in the bag. It's disappointing to lose out on the offers plus lose the rewards I earned. Hopefully other people have had better...
I wish there was a Qdoba in San Antonio. Friendly staff, generous portions, better food, and CLEAN establishments are some of the reasons I always choose Qdoba over Chipotle when I’m out is town.
