I had lunch after church on Sunday and it was BUSY! The food was outstanding and the Waitress Fatma, was absolutely amazing. She was all over the place and was still able to greet customers with a smile and checking to see if anyone needed anything. If you are ever at Shakers in Roanoke try to get her section. My hamburger was really good but be careful when ordering sides. I ordered a side of onion rings and was charged the full $10.50 for a full appetizer order.. even though I ordered no other side. I should have, at the very least, been charged half price or an up charge, or been told that onion rings only came in one size, that would feed 4 people!
It was a costly miscommunication.. it comes across as being cheap. We still like this place and will come back but lesson...
