Made me wait 45 minutes for 2 drinks and an order of tots, just for them to hand me a bag with 5 groovy sauce packets all busted and melted. They appeared clueless and I assume they let my order sit on a warmer that entire time. WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant

The food is usually great, that's if you don't have to wait 25 Minutes to get it and if they get the order correct and include everything you ordered. They are getting better but it was really bad for a while. I'd like to recommend them but I've been burned so many times in the past I'm reluctant. So try at your own risk. I will say when they get it right it's very good

it’s incredibly slow, there seems to be only one worker that actually does their job and when you complain you can hear them making fun and talking about the customers through the window. So if you like terrible service and long waits this is the place for you.

I went here on November 18th and got a water with cranberry flavoring and lime wedges. I got my drink and drank it after a long shift at the hospital after finishing it I went to eat the ice and limes and the limes had been bitten into. Absolutely disgusting, I contacted sonic and all they did was offer me a free drink which I still have not received in the app to use.

Dint get anything after waiting at the speaker for them to tell us to drive thru only and refuse to even answer if they had bags of ice for us to sit in there 10 car non moving line.

Ordered a grilled cheese burger without mustard or onions on it. When I got the burger it was loaded up with mustard and onions so I took it to the drive thru to get it fixed. I pulled up to the window and told them what was wrong and was told to pull up to the window upon pulling up I waited for 3 minutes for someone to even come to the window. After he opens the window I then for the third time have to explain what was wrong. He looked at me like I was a liar looking at the receipt and even took the other burger back which is fine it would have gone to the trash. But after sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for my food to be made correctly when I got it it looked like it was thrown together and not even hot so it had been sitting there. Always great to have 4 cars behind you get their food after they're the ones who mess up. I don't recall even being apologized to.

There’s only 2 unique things about sonic: they’re ordering stalls and they’re limeades. This sonic doesn’t seem to do ordering stalls anymore. They’ll either tell you to go through the drive thru or they won’t ever answer. I only ever get their drinks here and it’s usually not worth the time spent in the drive thru just for a drink. The stalls are nice cause if you’re just ordering a drink, you get your things before wherever ordered a whole meal. No stalls, means long wait, means not worth the drink.

Super bad smell came from the kitchen every time they opened the drive thru window, nearly made me gag. I wouldn’t have eaten food from that place, luckily I just got drinks. I really think it’s overdue for a cleaning.

We pulled up to the window and the girl inside looked at us like we didn't belong there. We were never greeted. The 2 girls inside were facetiming on their phones. They were walking around joking and cussing loudly like they were at the mall. She handed us the order and never said anything to us. There is zero customer service at this location. The guy working there in the front was the only one doing work. This place is in need of night time management!

Just stopped thru omw home from work, took forever for um to answer after I hit the button, took forever for um to bring my food out, never gave me a receipt, nor the two corndogs I ordered and when I went back up there to see what was up the lady just went back inside without a word and stared at me, stood there fo 5 mins, never brought me my food or receipt, ill never stop back in there again, need to stop hiring children that just wanna play

I'm guessing they're going to drive thru only it seems like. Most of the stalls aren't equipped to take orders anymore and only have signs up with mobile-app and eat-in - only like 4 or 5 stalls have order screens now and everything else just gets bottlenecked into the drive thru window. Which 1. Defeats the entire purpose of a sonic... And 2. Really sucks if you're doordash or Grubhub - your orders will take a long time to get now having to wait long periods in the drive thru. My last two orders there wound up cancelled over their setup, and I just went today for a personal order. Waited a few minutes at the speaker in the drive thru and no one ever took my order - I wound up giving up and leaving because they were already 5 cars deep in front of me and the line never moved. it's ridiculous now
