I went through the drive through with my husband and daughter and we ordered three birthday cake pops and a drink for myself and my husband. This was an uncomplicated drink I ordered that I’ve had over and over at multiple different locations. Each time it’s amazing. When the drink was handed to us at the drive-through, it was unusually low in liquid like they didn’t want to fill the cup completely full which I thought was odd, and the drink was so sweet it was nauseating. My husband tried it and said it was disgusting. I could not drink it. We parked so I could go inside and have them remake it and the drink was still just as absolutely disgusting and tasted nothing like what I’ve ever ordered before in the past it was so sweet. It was like 10 candy bars, crammed into a drink. They aren’t making their drinks the same at this location or this barista just did not know what she was doing. When I got back outside I just dumped it out and then bit into a birthday cake pop and it tasted old like it had been sitting out a long time. Will not be going back to this location. I’ve also never had this happen other than at this location.

Visited this morning around 7:45 and I just wanna say this Carmel Ribbon Crunch was the best I’ve ever had whoever made this thank you it was delicious!!!!

My husband and I got married at this starbucks on august 16, 2025. It was amazing. Chris and his Barnstable treated us with respect. My guests could not get over how amazing it was.
Manager is getting onto employees for “too much milk” apparently margins are “stretched thin” at this multi million dollar company. I always order a splash of oatmilk in my iced espresso every morning. I always go to the valley view location but today i stopped by this hershberger location… Never have i ever been asked to pay extra for my drink to filled all of the way with milk… upon searching it up online i am not supposed to pay extra for drinks modified with a splash of milk. I don’t know what it is about this location in particular but 9/10 experiences just have been disappointing. Save yourself disappointment and go to the valley view location where the employees are sweet every morning and don’t get defensive over milk. The employees here are just kinda rude and thats the last thing you want to experience in the morning on your pre-work coffee run….

I'm not sure if anyone in this store can read. Two times in 2 weeks, I've ordered an iced latte and it's come out the window hot.
The second incident, I sat for 20 minutes while this was supposed to be corrected. It looked wrong when it was handed to me. I pulled over in the parking lot to check it and they failed to add the syrup. Essentially, making an unsweetened drink. They were not concerned when I explained what they had done wrong or that it had happened twice in two weeks.
I do not recommend this Starbucks for any reason. The others , although farther away, at least are detail oriented and care about what they are passing out the window. Pathetic
