i notice that every time i come here, the girl with braids, never shakes my drink or talks to any of the customers. She always looks bothered and like she doesn’t want to be here, she’s never smiling. I normally just get A strawberry açaí refresher and it never tastes right and i’m assuming that’s because she’s not shaking it at all. I don’t think starbucks is the job for her, I first I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but after the consistency of the same thing happening over again multiple times, along with just never being in a happy mood, I just feel like this isn’t the place for her in regards to giving customers a happy experience

Been looking forward to this "pick me up" all day.
Both my partner and I ordered a venti...but some reason my venti just happened to not be a venti.
Drink was sour- dumped it after 2 sips (was caught off guard by the first and hoped it was just the salted topping- the second sip confirmed that was not the case.)
Shouldve just went back inside after picking up my order but honestly Im not interested in just having a soured drink dumped into a larger cup with just more ice to fill space.
Not to mention its hard to find a table thats not covered in trash and sticky while waiting.

I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order. I enjoyed my drink and the air conditioning! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

Our drinks have been so inconsistent... Sometimes it's great and others we've had to add creamer at home. We're drive thru customers, so we can't have them remake the drink if it's wrong.

Lobby was filthy this morning.Lobby was still filthy this evening.Waited over an hour for a MOBILE order.Watched one of the baristas pour out maybe 6-8 drinks while I was there waiting for my order to be done. One drink was done on the order first ended up having to wait FOREVER for the second.Continues to let me down almost every visit.

Dissappointed.---Editing review.waited OVER AN HOUR for a refresher for a mobile order. Husband had his drink ready when we arrived (his usual coffee).This has lately been such an issue at this location. DO BETTER.
