Love this place! Quaint, picturesque and good food and drink. Best red velvet cake in town,. Only one complaint: parking. Very difficult to park especially in the daytime. Nice porch, too.
If you haven't visited this coffee shop yet, what are you even doing?? This place is the best for just enjoying a drink, inside or outside. I've worked remotely from here as well no problem they have tons of seating upstairs and outside. Sometimes I've seen them have event days where they host some vendors or a food truck. Love love love the Sweet Donkey and will always support them, the staff is always cheerful and so kind and just seem generally happy to be here...
If you’re ever in Roanoke this is the place to get the best coffee and pastries. Such a cute place, the staff is super friendly and the coffee delicious. We were there to be with our dad in the hospital. It’s so convenient to the hospital.
