We went In store ordered one box of tacos and two quesadillas the tacos don’t have no meat, cheese or lettuce on them just like a little tiny spot. This place is really gotten bad. If you don’t wanna work, don’t go to work. This is sad. I’m just putting this on there for everybody because I know the owners of this Taco Bell do not do anything for their customer We don’t even know why we went back to them. I bought food. Two years On my card and they owe me money and they never paid me

Food is a bit cold and costumer service is poor. Thanks to one person brought me my food. There was one worker that walked right past me knowing I was there to pick up food and he went to make food and ignored me. He kept on looking at me like I'm a idiot wasn't picking up food. I was standing over 10 minutes waiting on my order. When I get it it's not even warm.

Placed a mobile order, went through drive thru, got the order, noticed it was the wrong order after getting home, had to turn around and go back to Taco Bell, just to basically be confronted by this girl about how my mobile order was already checked in and there was nothing she could do, little did she know I already called it in on my way there, the guy I talked to was already making the food and was super kind and respectful, but she was super rude and disrespectful, didn't seem to care that her and her team messed up, basically was blaming me for the order getting mixed up, I REFUSE to return to this Taco Bell till something is done about this!

We were not treated by staff. We put in our order waited an hour then went to the counter. No ow acknowledged his presence and he walked away. I went up 15 minutes later and no one acknowledged. I yelled to get the attention of the woman taking orders at the window. Apparently our food was already cooked and sitting. They never announced it was done. The food was cold. This is ridiculous!

The food at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you feel like you get a good portion and other time not so much. Never know if you are going to get someone friendly or with an attitude in the drive thru. Hard to rate this Taco Bell on service and food because it’s like a bipolar experience with both. You might order and get someone friendly and your food will be great and the next trip you get someone mad and a tablespoon of meat on your taco with a half cup of lettuce.
Workers have zero customer service, slow, the kitchen is messy and they forgot an item on my order. Please hire competent people.

Overall I will have to admit they are ok with service giving the location of the restaurant they are a beast competition wise amongst the other restaurants in the area and everyone is well aware of the late night munchies and Taco Bell is the PERFECT Go-To!!
