Placed a mobile order, went through drive thru, got the order, noticed it was the wrong order after getting home, had to turn around and go back to Taco Bell, just to basically be confronted by this girl about how my mobile order was already checked in and there was nothing she could do, little did she know I already called it in on my way there, the guy I talked to was already making the food and was super kind and respectful, but she was super rude and disrespectful, didn't seem to care that her and her team messed up, basically was blaming me for the order getting mixed up, I REFUSE to return to this Taco Bell till something is done about this!

We were not treated by staff. We put in our order waited an hour then went to the counter. No ow acknowledged his presence and he walked away. I went up 15 minutes later and no one acknowledged. I yelled to get the attention of the woman taking orders at the window. Apparently our food was already cooked and sitting. They never announced it was done. The food was cold. This is ridiculous!

The food at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you feel like you get a good portion and other time not so much. Never know if you are going to get someone friendly or with an attitude in the drive thru. Hard to rate this Taco Bell on service and food because it’s like a bipolar experience with both. You might order and get someone friendly and your food will be great and the next trip you get someone mad and a tablespoon of meat on your taco with a half cup of lettuce.
Workers have zero customer service, slow, the kitchen is messy and they forgot an item on my order. Please hire competent people.

First of all - - - Let me say if they got the orders correct when dealing with a DoorDash order they would at least live up to the potential of Taco Bell 🌮 🛎️ standards…( now that the rant is over with based from bad DoorDash w/ this company )
Overall I will have to admit they are ok with service giving the location of the restaurant they are a beast competition wise amongst the other restaurants in the area and everyone is well aware of the late night munchies and Taco Bell is the PERFECT Go-To!!

Got to the airport at 1am to find my car battery was dead, was starving because I had travelled from the west coast all day, walked to this store, from the airport( at 3am) they wouldn’t serve me because I wasn’t in a car and couldn’t walk through the drive thru, not a car insight, the manager said it was a safety issue, I had money and was starving, after looking at some of the reviews, glad I didn’t eat here, customer service- what is that

We went to drive though an ordered three combos and three fries and a thing of cinnamon delights we ordered a Pepsi a Dr pepper and a raspberry drink well we got to the window they gave us two pepsi and Dr peppers we told them the drinks was wrong they told us no thats what we ordered I said no that is not what we ordered they said if we want that raspberry drink we have to go back around and order it again we asked for sauce no sauce was in our bag our food was throw in our bag very disrespectful we use to go all the time never again couldn't even take 2 minutes to change a drink that was their mistake
