We stopped here for lunch traveling from PA. The food was delicious and love the salad bar, great prices as well. The server was very friendly & attentive. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area.
I ordered the 23 oz steak and the steak I received was the same size as a 16 oz steak served to another in the party.The waitress only checked on us once and then didn't bring back the drink refills and water.My steak was cooked medium well instead medium rare
The steakhouse is a Roanoke favorite with a lot of history beautiful pictures of the 611 locomotive and the history! The atmosphere is laid back there is several buffet type bars salad potato taco comfort foods that come with most meals. I always order the sirloin and baked potato they're available in different cuts and always come out the way you ask for rare medium etc the staff are always friendly and busy the place stays busy but Ive never been without a refill rolls...
