Meh. I've lived in Roanoke for 12 years and been wanting to come here primarily because of its namesake to the train but my overall experience was just meh. We were greeted with a hello from someone who appeared to be in charge but the rest of the staff seemed unhappy and very robotic. We stopped here for lunch traveling from PA. The food was delicious and love the salad bar, great prices as well. The server was very friendly & attentive. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area.
I ordered the 23 oz steak and the steak I received was the same size as a 16 oz steak served to another in the party.The waitress only checked on us once and then didn't bring back the drink refills and water.My steak was cooked medium well instead medium rare
