Our party was dining to celebrate many years of friendship and common history including many experiences at the hotel. We were very pleased with the renovations and the architectural features that were preserved and are so unique and charming. The staff at the restaurant couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and the meals were exceptional. Beautiful dining room. Staff was friendly, but food was average and not worth the cost, The Spring salad was the worst salad that I have had in any restaurant of any kind, Had the salmon which was adequate. Was told that it was wild but that is doubtful. Had lemon merengue pie for dessert which was excellent. Wonderful jazz trio.
The Regency room has the best ambiance upon walking into the room. Everything from the hostess to the Jazz trio playing music was lovely. Despite the restaurant being sold out the service was top notch!! We will be back again and again.
