The hostess and servers were super friendly and attentive. My husband's she crab soup was outstanding. My peanut soup was ok. Flavor was ok, but it could be thicker, but maybe that's just how that soup is. My husband got the shrimp and scallops and loved it. I got the broccoli mushroom risotto and it was uninspiring. If I had known it would be more of an Asian rice bowl, I would have chosen something else. The spoon bread was delicious. The carpeting definitely needs...
First class all the way. I had Seafood Chesapeake - shrimp and scallops in cream sauce. Outstanding! My husband had their Cornish hen cacciatore which was also very good. Our server Brittany was knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Three piece band playing pleasant dinner time music.
The buffet for Sunday brunch was fabulous! There was an extraordinary selection of breakfast items, as well as lunch options. The dessert selection was unexpected. They still serve their unique and very tasty bread pudding. Carved prime rib and peanut soup were among my favorites.
