Our family stopped by this Tropical Smoothie for a bit of a late lunch. I could tell they were definitely busy and had a lot of orders all at one time. All of the employees were kind, patient, and great to work with (very kid-friendly)! The smoothies were delicious, the sandwiches were fantastic, and we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

I usually drive right past this location to go to Bonsack, but I mistakenly gave it a try again. The food and smoothie were both great, but this staff is some of the rudest I've ever seen. They take forever to acknowledge a customer. When speaking you can almost hear their eyes roll. They have 0 customer service skills. Definitely recommend picking a different location if you're trying to have anything other than an awful experience

I have to say hands down this is one of the best Tropical Smoothie locations. They are always polite and the atmosphere is so calming. The manager that works in the morning is awesome!
