Just had the worst experience at the Brambleton location. The worker was extremely rude and their manager never even addressed the issue or apologize for her unprofessional behavior. She should be fired for her terrible customer service. Would not recommend this location and definitely will not be back.
Ordered 4 smoothies online. When I got them home they were all watered down. Husband called back to the store and asked to speak to the manager to inquire about them and if there was a change in the way they were making them. At that time the manager started yelling at him and blaming us for picking them up late saying that our order had been sitting there for and hour and that is why they were the way

I’ve been to the Towers location a few times. Smoothies are constantly watered down and service takes forever. This last time they forgot two smoothies on my order and refused to offer any kind of compensation for the trip I had to take back to the store. Will never do business with this location again. The location in Crossroads is much better.
