The food was great! We love the salad bar and hot food bar. The staff was friendly, except for the waitress, she never came back and checked on us and gave us refills on our waters and drinks throughout our entire meal. We finally got more drink right before we left. The catfish was still cold inside in the middle, and it couldn't be sent back, because we never saw our waitress, but other than that, everything was really good. What a depressing place. I felt so bad for the poor fish in the lobby fishtank! The water was so dirty, yoh could barely see the poor things with their lips stuck to the glass. The waitress was okay enough. She got the job done. The food was typical breakfast fare: eggs, bacon, toast. The coffee was good, and my cup was refreshed nicely. Please clean the fish tank or put those poor creatures out of their misery!

My wife and I took her mom and friend to The Franklin Restaurant to celebrate her mom’s 79th birthday. We were there between lunch and dinner but the food was still fresh and delicious. The portions were very generous and with the salad and vegetable bar included if you leave hungry it’s your own fault! The service was fantastic, food arrived quickly and hot. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back.
