These guys are the hardest working guys in barbecue. I had a nice conversation with them, and they really have a true passion for what they do. I have eaten a lot of barbecue all over the US, and their pork, kielbasa, and jerk chicken all rank very highly on my list. I can’t wait to go back to try the pork belly tacos. Absolutely amazing BBQ! The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. The sides were fresh and delicious, and the service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell they put real care into their food and customer experience. One of the best BBQ spots I’ve been to—highly recommend!
Delicious! Our group of 6 stopped in to Blue Toad Hard Cider for a flight and some BBQ. Beast did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. We tried samplers of moist flavorful ribs, pulled pork, and kielbasa. The macaroni and cheese is creamy and delicious, the coleslaw is slightly sweet and pleasantly acidic, a perfect accompaniment to the rich meat.
