“We have made the 53 minute drive from Louisa to Ruckersville twice now just to eat here. We actually drive past two other BBQ spots because the food at Wolf's Fixins is so much better. The food: Unbelievably good fried shrimp... at a BBQ restaurant! Smoked then fried wings that are smokey, juicy and tender. Pulled pork that is so perfect it doesn't need sauce at all (although they do have some fantastic sauces) Ribs that bite through like a tender steak without being the overcooked mush that too many places serve. The brisket has the perfectly relaxed flop and just melts away in your mouth. My Grandma taught me that food is love. These guys are spreading the love😍“

My first visit I was sold. The food is always fresh and appetizing. I can compare the burgers to the high end eateries. I was so impressed with the whopper ! I will definitely be back!!“
