As an out of towner, my review might not hold much weight as compared to the daily customer. & of course, the one day I stop by to use my gift card, their card reader is not working BUT Lydia really made my day and came through with her kindness & customer service. My drink was deliciously made & I cannot say enough how sweet it is to be treated especially before a long road trip. Shout out to Lydia!
They seem to be always out of the donuts i order on my mobile order. Once i even got 3 different kinds and they were out of all 3! Its worth it tho because my coffees always right and they always throw in an extra one for free if they dont have one and offer great suggestions.
My coffee wasn't the way it usually was & one employee went out of her way to make sure it was remade and that the coffee was correct. She was amazing & I can’t thank her enough for her great service!! :)
