“Ok if you’re sitting on the fence trying to decide if you’d like to order a cake from Sugar Blush Bakery, go ahead and jump right on in and place that order!Not only are her cakes absolutely showstopping, they are equally as delicious!! I ordered the Reeses peanut butter and chocolate cake for my husband’s birthday, and I may just win wife of the year for that decision! It is truly outstanding! Hopefully I can figure out how to attach photos because you need to see it to believe it! Lol we decided to be ultra generous (?) and share with some of our precious neighbors and they were equally as impressed! These cakes are special, buy one for someone you really love!! ?. And sidenote, she is such a lovely woman, and gives back to our community in such beautiful ways!“

“We have been in search of a bakery in the area that bakes unique homemade items and we finally found one! We had a small sampling of some things for our first test run. A snickerdoodle cookie and orange cranberry cookie, six macaroons, two of coconut cream, two of cotton candy and two of orange Creamsicle and a Hermann Bundt Cake. I hope I'm spelling that correctly. Ms. joy herself served me, we chatted about the shop and how she's been on not one but two TV programs. I got excited as soon as I heard this. Usually TV programs don't invest time unless the business is worth it so again I rushed home to try the sweet treats. My total was about $31.The shop was very cute and only had a small selection of things, which I don't mind as long as there good and they delivered. Both cookies with a great size, soft and so tasty. Great favors, I especially like the Orange cranberry, it was so flavorful. All three macaroons had great texture and flavor, the cotton candy was slightly hard but macaroons are hard to keep fresh so I'll give it a pass because the cream was exceptional. The Bundt cake was the last to try, and it had nuts and harvest tones, it was moist and she took the time to describe how she produces a rum butter sauce that she dips them in....it reminded me of Jamaican rum cake but sweeter. We will def be back to try more things!“

“My husband and I found Ashley at the Lynchburg bridal expo in January of 2023. We used her for our wedding in October of 2023. She was wonderful to work with! There are so many options for flavors. The mini cupcakes and cookies were fantastic and our cake was beautiful. Highly recommend!“
