“I had a wonderful experience here and just had to leave a review! I want to give a special shoutout to Baihe for doing an amazing job handling the store all by herself during a long line. She worked quickly and efficiently while maintaining such a positive and friendly attitude.
It’s rare to see someone with such a strong work ethic who still serves customers with a genuine smile. I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves!
And on top of that, the ice cream was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Can not recommend Vivi's enough. They provided cupcakes for our UVA BIMS Recruitment visits and the students, faculty, and candidates were thrilled to see the display and enjoy the sweet treats. Billy was a delight to work with and bent over backwards to make our multiple orders happen, even on a day that they were closed and with delivery.
