Ordered online and order confirmation came in correct by email. The order was prepared wrong and delivered. Sams refused to correct the mistake and decided to argue by phone.
Wow.. What can I say? It's still amazing. I always get a Steak and Cheese sub with everything is always good. I moved to Florida and when I come back to Fredericksburg to visit family, I'm need to get my fix from Sam's.
Keep it always like you do!
Waste of time. They always mess up my orders and then when you try to call to fix it they can’t be bothered to answer the phone. I called 5 times and no answer. Go somewhere else.
