Pulled off 81 in the AM to get coffee and to get something to eat. Even though the sign was on the exit, the location was farther off 81 than I thought. Coffee was okay. The ham biscuit was very good.
This is a relatively recently renovated Bojangles in Salem, Virginia. I came here on an evening during dinner and found fairly average service. The place is super clean and was well laid out, and what I ordered was fantastic. Overall, it was a good visit, but the staff could've been a little more pleasant.
We have never had Bojangels before so I don’t have any other location to compare it too but the server was friendly and polite the food came super quick and was so hot we had to let it cool before eating it that never happens when you get fast food lol so 5 stars right there! I loved the fries and biscuits I did have some of the chicken which was good but I’m not a meat eater anymore so I gave the rest to my boyfriend and he enjoyed and finished both of ours.
