I come frequently and while all chipotles have massive inconsistencies, the management here does a good job minimizing that. It is ultimately a solid experience. The rice is undercooked relatively frequently. But seems to be getting better. Certainly outperforms the rest in our area.

Today I visited Chipotle and left very disappointed. I purchased two bowls, and the initial portion of chicken on my bowl was noticeably small—only a few pieces. When I politely asked whether that was the standard portion, the employee on the line explained he was following instructions but agreed it looked light and added more. I thanked him for correcting it.

However, the situation escalated when another employee and a staff member in the back insisted that...

I absolutely love this location. This location is way better & nicer than the one located in the Valley View area. The nice of the staff and cleanliness of the area(s) are two things that speak volume when you enter this Chipotle location. To me it does not matter how much further the drive is to Salem if you were able to I would totally do it!
