This Cook out is pretty new in the area and already satisfactory with their drinks, milkshakes, and food menu! Not a single bad experience I had from this place since they opened. I specially love their milkshakes!

The inter-com system is dog poop quality, a 2000's Nokia on a 2G network would sound better. Employees are awesome people though, they're 5x quicker than chickfila and they don't have a line extending to the road unlike Roanoke cook out...

I have had overall generally wonderful experiences with Cook Out, the restaurant on Hershberger Road, but recently have gone to the new location in Salem, and the last few times, I have ordered a Blueberry Milkshake, and each time the amount of Blueberry has lessened, from like 80/20 Blueberry to Vanilla swirl to the one I got tonight (2/5/26) is pretty much the opposite, probably 65/35 Vanilla with only the faintest trace of Blueberry.
