So I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always a positive experience. The staff is friendly and service is great. I absolutely LOVE the coffee here, one of the best I’ve had for sure. Definitely one of my fav new spots!
I was at the new First Watch on opening day on a very fridgit Monday morning. The staff let everyone standing out in the cold come inside before 7 to warm up. The food and service were outstanding! I was very impressed with everything. A great place to go for a delicious breakfast and or lunch! A +++

First Watch is a great place to have a casual brunch. The food is amazing, and the service is on point. The avocado toast comes highly recommended. The Tri-Fecta is also mentioned, with a waffle that was perfectly prepared. The coffee is superb, and small special touches like the pot of coffee on the table and carafe of ice water are simply special. The food presentation is also notable. The atmosphere is lovely, clean and bright. The service is fantastic, attentive and friendly, and goes to the top of the list for Salem. One visit had an issue with a part of a to go order taking longer than usual, but it was quickly resolved. Another visit had cold food, including potatoes, bacon, chicken maple sausage and scrambled eggs, though the server was great. First Watch is consistent with high quality food, and the Salem location is excellent and upholds the company standards well.
