Honestly, the smells coming from this place outside was phenomenal! We were greeted and seated right away. The service here was pretty decent. However the pizza just wasn’t it! The pie lacked flavor and the crust just wasn’t crispy. Fries were bland and lacked seasoning. The house ranch was pretty tasty though. All in all, it’s an ok little spot for a quick bite.

I have been here several times and have yet to find a dish I didn't like. The staff is great they keep your drinks filled and check to see if you need anything often. There are times when they are busy and not able to check as often but they do try when busy. I would recommend this restaurant.

Hands down the best calzone I’ve had in over 15 years—no exaggeration. Perfectly baked, stuffed to the brim, and paired with a marinara sauce that was absolutely top-notch. My wife had the lasagna and was equally impressed—she loved it.
The portions were huge, the prices surprisingly reasonable, and the entire experience left us planning our next visit before we even finished our meal. Franks Pizza is definitely a new favorite!

Why say your hours are 9pm when you close the kitchen at 8:40pm? Super annoying. I typically enjoy the food here but lately the orders have been wrong and the meat on the pizza is practically non existent. You have good food. Do better.

Unfortunately good food doesn't make up for poor service, arrived on time for pick up and yet food hasn't been started, Unfortunately they are not busy at all, I used to love this place. But now, tickets hanging and Noone working aside from 2 front end ladies and all employees aside from 2 were just having a blast. It's almost like there was no management on. This is not the 1st time encountering this identical issue with this place, 4 years ago PHENOMENAL, Now..... Meh..not so much sadly but I understand standards change over the years I guess.
We were rolling down 81 and wanted a better food stop than gas station/fast food. We found Olde Salem Brewery across the street, and could order Frank's pizza to be delivered! The options looked great, full pizza, slice, calzone, etc. My husband walked across to order and they brought it over quickly. The hot honey is tasty, but not that spicy, which was fine with me! Nice staff and located right in downtown.

I normally get pizza at night time. An the pizza be fire. But today a got some arounded lunch hr. An it was trash. Have little and I mean very little pepperonis on it. An hard any sauce on it. So I guess I will only buy at night. The night cook be doing they thing. The morning cook not so good.

Frank’s is a middle of the road restaurant. Not horrible, not outstanding. Our server was friendly and attentive. My wife got spaghetti with meat sauce and I got a small pizza. Both were ok.
