Lunch today at Gina's. First time visiting with a group of 5. Arrived and was seated immediately. Best sweet tea I've had in a long time. Ordered the meatloaf, mac n cheese, collard greens with a piece of corn bread. All I can say is the meal was AMAZING!!! No complaints from anyone in our group! The staff are top notch. Nicest ladies ever! I understand Gina's has different hours and are not open on Saturday but EVERYONE needs to try this place and enjoy home cooking, nice people and if your lucky it will be on a day they have entertainment! This place is a blessing to the area! A must try!!

Dining at Gina’s is like being invited to a friend’s house after Sunday service. The staff genuinely love having you as a guest. (Portia was such a warm and gracious hostess.) This converted home adds to the homey, welcoming feeling. Weather permitting, I would recommend dining on the porch. As for the food, the fried chicken breast with gravy was delicious. I just wish the sides were at the same level. Take a pass on the green beans and the mac & cheese. Beverages (water, iced tea and lemonade) are self-serve.

First off, I would like to apologize because I told my friend I didn’t understand the short hours. Now that I have experienced Gina’s I understand that you can’t cook food that good all day long or every day. that being said it was well worth it. I’ll probably be eating three times a week

Just, wow..in the best way possible... The worst part about coming to this wonderful establishment, will be trying to decide what you want to eat. I found myself ogling other folks' plates, as they were all so appealing as they came out of the kitchen. First off, I can't say enough about the people..just friendly as can be. Attentive...genuinely good people ❤️. I went with the fried catfish, and couldn't have been more pleased. The breading was perfect..crispy, flavorful, not greasy at all. The sides are equally loaded with flavor.. I went with the collards (and they are done right ?), mashed potatoes and gravy, and the mac and cheese..and sweet cornbread to boot (not overly sweet, and so moist). The ribs were/are equally delectable.. Solid southern comfort food, period. 10/10... spread the word, tell your friends..this place is a gem. I'm kicking myself for not having tried it earlier...had heard nothing but good things...and the reviews don't lie..can't say enough good things about these folks.. Thank yall so much, and can't wait to get back to try the rest of the menu. Oh, solid banana pudding, and next time it'll be the cobbler.
