After order from the menu board and the pricing I get my bill and they have charged me more for my meals and egg rolls and crab tsgoons and drinks it’s like 2.25 difference from the board and they only give you one yum yum sauce I’m sorry changing prices on the bill after you seen them on the board is awful shame on you as much as I like your food this has done it for me

I spent 40 plus dollars on 3 meals. I went to pick up the food and no one was dining there and now I know why. The woman that worked there was nice. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was old hard and flavorless. The steak and shrimp was tough, flavorless the sauce was very thick. The only thing that was decent were the vegetables. I was very disappointed with the quality. The old Sakura cooked food fresh on the spot and it was way better than I experienced.

Brought a Church group for lunch 7-8 people it was a " new" experience but deliteful ! Food was excellent and even though served a bit differently than we were used to was VERY good. Will plan to return!

Drive thru hibachi has to be one of the best inventions of our time. We order the vegetable hibachi and it is so delicious. They don't skimp on the vegetables at all. The house dressing for the salad is one of my favorite. And they are super friendly and fast.

Tables are widely spaced so even if it's full it's never crowded. The space is nicely decorated and always spotless. You order at the counter and they bring the order to your table. Lots of photos for those who need a visible when ordering. Portionare generous but their focus is quality. Flavors are phenomenal!
I don't know where this restaurant on Brandon Ave in Salem VA is but it certainly wasn't the one where we ate. There were approximately 25 items or less on the wall menu. We were given one fork and one napkin each. Wasn't Japanese food either. The young man that took our order at the counter even stated it wasn't.

We always enjoy our food from this restaurant. We have dined in and had takeout both were great. The customer service is amazing and they are always so kind to our six year old son. The dining room is usually empty but don’t let that fool you. It’s one of our favorite spots and I hope they remain open for years.
