Love their sandwiches (prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and fig jam?! 🤤) and their charcuterie boards are perfect.
You can choose the wines for your flights. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

The atmosphere was amazing and the people were so welcoming! It’s great to finally have a fresh venue to go to where you’re not weighted down with so much energy. The food? Omg SUPERB!!! I got the McAfee Knob sandwich and it was delicious and so favorable! The prices were reasonable especially for the quality!! We will be back! Thank you for such great food and service!

I recently hosted my sister's bridal shower at Stave & Cork! Susan was extremely helpful from the very first phone call! Not only did she plan a delicious menu, but also outsourced gluten-free ingredients to accommodate my guests! The staff was helpful to suggest bottles of wine for the party with respect to budget and taste. The spread included a shrimp tray, fruit platter, charcuterie, assorted pinwheels, and delicious pimento cheese! Our party purchased 3 bottles of wine - nice range of prices and styles. Service was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the party.
Stave & Cork has a beautiful interior with exposed brick and wooden tables. There is a lot of space to accommodate a large group but still feels cozy. I also really appreciated how clean everything was. Beautiful outdoor space and convenient parking behind the building is a plus!
I will absolutely be visiting again. I am so happy to see a venue such as Stave & Cork in Salem!!!

Stave and Cork offer different wine selections each month, and they focus three aspects: Virginia wines, American wines, and Foreign imports. Their selections are also wines you can’t fine in big chain stores, so there’s always something new. They know their stuff, and have well-curated wine flights. Their small plates are delicious. Great music on the weekends too. Just a great atmosphere.
