My husband and I stopped by Sub Shack after a visit to the VA. We both tried the French dip, and it was so delicious! The bread had a nice crust, but was soft and delicious. The beef, onions and Swiss were perfectly layered and very flavorful. The best part was the made in-house au jus. Chefs kiss, it was amazing! If you ever want a delicious sub, I recommend giving Sub Shack a try. The owners were friendly and good at making a tasty sandwich.
First time here. I had been reluctant to try it being as though I was basically raised on hoagies in Philly. It was 2:00 so I was the only customer. All in all, it was ok. The meat tastes good but portion is lacking. The bread sadly was stale. I don’t know that there is anything worse.
Service was personable and prompt, workers were friendly, conversational and helpful. Food was delicious and well portioned This was my first time there and will be a repeat customer moving forward!
