One of the best locations in Roanoke Co. I disagree with the bad reviews. We prefer ordering on the app because it's easier to customize what we want and you don't have to tell them through the speaker. You earn free food just by doing that. Fast service even when the line is long. They 98% get it right (check your bag for the sauce before you drive off)...the food is always hot and fresh. Clean location. The guys at the window are always pleasant and very friendly.

The kindest workers gave my pup some extra fresh water and special attention while my boyfriend was traveling long distance. It was so sweet of them to go the extra mile, especially because it was so late in the night. Ruger appreciates you all !

I can't say it was the best experience I've had at a taco bell. The food was OK when we got it. The service was slow. Despite only having 3 guests in the lobby and 9 people working behind the counter it still took over 15 minutes to get our food. I guess drive thru takes priority.
