“Sure, the place has a dated atmosphere, and the tables and chairs are way too small, but the fact is the food is absolutely stellar. Everything was cooked fresh, tasted incredible, and my mother who was visiting from Germany even loved it. I had a shrimp lo mein, my mother had a shrimp dish, and my husband had the general tsao's (which he is super picky about - wants it more spicy, less sweet. Most places make it too sweet, and he hates that so 5 stars from him alone just for that), and we had the dumplings as an appetizer. The dumplings were incredibly plump, and steamed to perfection. This place may not look it, but don't sleep on it. This is Saltville's hidden gem Chinese-American restaurant. Give these folks your money, and help em renovate the place a bit. 😄 Your food was amazing! Keep it up!“
