Waffle House is a breakfast spot where you can grab a meal cooked to order and perfection. While some customers found the inside closed until 6 am for to-go orders only, others enjoyed the great energy and Christmas songs playing inside. The staff, including Macee, offered nice customer service, although some felt that the distraction of a cell phone affected the overall attentiveness. Despite a need for cleaning, particularly the noticeably dirty floors, the experience was uplifting for many. The food quality was generally good, with a standout cook named Jeff, although some dishes had a black charcoal smear and salty taste from the grill.
