KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

I loved the quality of the food and the experience of cooking the food myself was fantastic. I would recommend to do the hot pot option, it is much easier and offers a margin of error. I gave a 3 star for service because I didn't realize we had a waiter. Overall my experience was one of the best. The environment was clean and inviting and I was able to talk with my friends.

Great dining experience. Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful wait staff. We decided to go with the hot pot. We tried the beef brisket, lamb, gyoza, bok choy, eggplant, and fried tofu. The list of options never ends. We left happy and more than satisfied.

For the price this place rocks! Service was quick and food is pretty fresh.

I’ve dined here before and it was great, that was around a year ago. This time the service was terrible , no one checked in and once we punched our order into the iPad the items never came. If you planned on filling up on kbbq, don’t bother the meat is incredibly thin it’ll burn in 4 seconds and the portion sizes are ridiculous. I went to use the restroom and there was toilet paper everywhere and 0 hand soap in the dispenser.

I love coming to kpot, and this time we tried the falls church location instead of our usual ones in VA. It was such a letdown, we usually love the service and food. But the server kept forgetting to bring out parts of our order, despite our reminders.
The taste here was nothing like the rest of the locations. The buffet did not have the same type of variety either.

T.J. is probably the best waiter I have ever seen. Attentive to everyone, anticipating needs ahead of time, and solving issues like a madman. I have never seen someone maintain so much energy throughout their shift. I am truly impressed.

This place is great and Lilly is a fantastic server. Very attentive and was never without what we needed. Definitely coming back!

K pot more like k bop some of the items we ordered never turned up at our table. Also what plates we got typically had not been marinated.

The rules at this restaurant are absolutely inhumane! If you want to reserve a table, you have to personally go there the day before your meal and pay 50$ in cash—they don’t even accept cards. What era are we living in? For customers without a car, this is just unbelievably inconvenient. We just wanted to have dinner with some friends, but they’ve made it so difficult. It really feels like they’re intentionally making things hard for people. Totally unacceptable!
