My husband said these were the best Fajitas he’s ever had in his life - he got the Texas Fajitas which had steak, chicken and shrimp. They were delicious. The white salsa was a wonderful surprise and we are definitely going to try to make that at home. I had the chicken enchiladas, and the kids had a chicken Fajita taco salad and the little one had two tacos. Service was great. Definitely recommend!

The fajitas and guacamole were absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Even though it wasn’t during a busy meal time, the restaurant was still packed and after eating here, it’s easy to see why. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Great food with authentic flavors, attentive service from friendly staff, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. I always order the Arroz Con Pollo, which is perfectly seasoned and tender. My son enjoyed a flavorful burrito and a cheesy quesadilla from the kids' menu, both made fresh and served hot.

Ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with extra pickles. A fajita burrito with extra side of beans. And a chalupa dinner with cheese sauce on the rice. When the food came the fajita burrito had beans no rice and my rice maybe had a tsp of cheese on it but the kicker was the cheeseburger had NO pickle on it three slices on the plate and I got charged 1.99 for extra cheese sauce and $1.25 for extra pickle. I will never return highly disappointed

This is, without exaggeration, the best Mexican restaurant at whcih I've ever eaten. My family (wife, 2 teenage kids) and I spent a week in Shenandoah this winter on a small vacation, and while the mountains are lovely with lots to do outdoors, the dining options in the area were limited, to put it mildly.
Late in the week, we found Mr. Garcia's, and had not only the best meal of our trip, but sincerely one of the best Tex-Mex meals any of us could remember. The space was warm and comfortable, the staff was super quick and friendly, and the food was straight up delicious. It did NOT taste like meats and sauces had been sitting around all day; rather, everything tasted and looked fresh and made on the spot. Portions: large. Beers: cold. Turnaround: fast. Eating it all up: heavenly.
We liked it so much we went back the next night, ordered the same thing, and enjoyed it even more. Really, this is neither a paid review nor AI-generated. Just a sincere recommendation to hit this place if you are ever in Shenandoah, Elkton or the nearby area. If you're visiting Luray caverns, this spot is worth the drive.
