Maybe it's just me that cares, but everything I've gotten that is hot has been microwaved, which isn't my favorite. Service is spectacular, food is good, atmosphere is amazing. It's never empty and that alone is a testament to them.
We've been here a few times and it never disappoints. The ice cream is always good, plenty of choices, and customer service is always excellent. The seating area is always clean and it's a great location.
Absolutely phenomenal! The queen and I eat here several times each month and are never disappointed! Simple sandwiches done very well with a delightful staff and very clean environment. Finished it off with a double scoop of ice-cream and you'll never be sorry.
