this was the worst experience I've ever had at a bojangles. girl rang our order in wrong. had us wait almost and HOUR for nothing. completely disrespectful and obviously didn't care. I do not write bad reviews but these people obviously need more staff or Shut it down!
Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru on several different occasions..Bad management..Just expect to wait FOREVER for your order..Get it together South Boston Bojangles, it's supposed to be a FAST food restaurant..

Bojangles offers some of the best chicken in Virginia and is a popular spot for quick and tasty meals. The staff works very hard to provide good service, and the crew behind the counter is efficient and friendly. One employee, Tray, stood out for his exceptional customer service and professionalism, making the visit even more positive. Customers appreciate that the restaurant is kid-friendly and a convenient place to dine, whether for breakfast or takeout. The kitchen staff does a good job of preparing and delivering the ordered food, and despite some issues with the lobby drink machine, the food is heated properly and tastes good. Overall, this Bojangles location provides a pleasant dining experience with attentive staff and quality food.
