The staff works very hard to provide good service, and the crew behind the counter is efficient and friendly. One employee, Tray, stood out for his exceptional customer service and professionalism, making the visit even more positive. Customers appreciate that the restaurant is kid-friendly and a convenient place to dine, whether for breakfast or takeout. The kitchen staff does a good job of preparing and delivering the ordered food, and despite some issues with the lobby drink machine, the food is heated properly and tastes good. Overall, this Bojangles location provides a pleasant dining experience with attentive staff and quality food.
